This equipment is used for continuous and automatic cutting of folded tissue, such as boxed facial tissue or folded towel paper. The design and manufacturing of the machine adopt the latest electrical technology and servo drive technology, greatly improving cutting stability and tissue cutting quality. The cutting speed is very fast—a single feed channel model can achieve 75 cuts per minute. Therefore, one set of the CIL-FT-281 facial tissue cutting machine can match several folding tissue machines. It is simple and convenient to adjust for cutting different sizes of facial tissue. The paper clip cutting section can be adjusted at any time for different tissue sizes without replacing other spare parts. The cut face is neat, smooth, and does not damage the facial tissue.
The unique feature of the CIL-FT-281 facial tissue cutting machine is its paper feeding system. It conveys the complete tissue log into the cutting machine to achieve the specified size without squeezing or damaging the tissue. Servo drive technology controls the feeding and cutting process, allowing the cutting length to be adjusted within the machine's range at any time. The large round cutting blade is automatically sharpened during operation. When the blade diameter decreases after prolonged use, the arm holding the round blade automatically adjusts its height, ensuring the sharpening system operates continuously and automatically.
